I love all the colors! Did you just choose whatever colors you wanted? I mean, sometimes projects like this come with instructions on just which colors to use.

ReplyDeleteI chose of few of them specifically - the cross and the outline of the sun. But because I decided on the design after having a huge stockpile of strings made, I had to select generally from what I had. Those that were brown/green went towards the hill. Those that were yellow/red/orange went in the sun. Those that were blue/purple to the sky. I do like the "randomness" of the colors because the lines are very plain - very straight and predictable. The design was simple and the colors make it more interesting IMHO (in my humble opinion).
